I had a 20-year-old Wolf range and the oven went out. Winline sent a very knowledgeable technician. I needed two new control boards, and he returned within 24 hours and fixed it. He also cleaned underneath and tidied up, courteous and knowledgeable. Terrific service!
Winline gave us the most thorough diagnosis of our Wolf stove we have ever had. Two other techs told us it was beyond repair. Winline told us our ancient 1960 stove is in good condition and could be repaired promptly, and tuned it so we could use it safely while parts arrive. The Wolf will soon be howling happily again!
We have a very old Wolf oven and called several people to fix it with little to no response. Winline came through. They were very knowledgeable about the appliance and what needed to be done. The technician was very nice and professional, and most importantly the oven is fixed.
