The technician who came to my house wore a mask and asked if he should remove his shoes before entering.
He assessed my stove issues and was familiar with all of them.
He drew me a diagram of what was happening.
He quoted me a price to fix everything but stated that the expense might not be worthwhile as my unit was already almost 30 years old.
I appreciated his honesty and professional opinion.
Our Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer stopped producing ice. I called Winline Appliance Repair and asked that a technician be sent to determine the cause. The next day they sent a technician, Sergie, to review the situation. He determined that there was one defective part causing the problem. He ordered the part and installed it the next day. The freezer is now producing ice. Winline Appliance Repair and Sergie were very responsive to our needs. Sergie was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. I highly recommend the company.
The senior tech quickly diagnosed the problem with our Thermador broiler, explained what needed to be done for a fix, was confident that he could replace the malfunctioning parts, gave us a price quote and asked if we wanted him to proceed. We agreed and he quietly, skillfully and patiently did the repair job. He was nice, polite, clean and neat. Oh, and the oven now works perfectly. THANK YOU!!!
I called in the morning asking if they service Thermador ovens. Yes. Do you come to Santa Cruz? Yes. When can a service person come? Happened to be in that area,, and can be there between noon and 1. I was shocked. A very professional service person arrived that day, on time. Very pleased with service. Well done.

My 18 year old Viking oven stopped working. Scheduling an appointment with Winline Appliance Repair online was easy. The company has good communication, you'll even get a text message when the repair person is on their way to your location. Renat was friendly and very professional. He assessed the problem and located and ordered the part for the oven. Unfortunately, because of all of the power outages in California, that control board wasn't the only part that needed replacing. Renat ordered all subsequent parts that might be needed and when he received those parts he replaced only the ones that were necessary. I appreciated that he ordered all the parts that could be blown at once so I wouldn't have to wait for more parts to arrive. I'll be getting a whole house surge protector next so I don't have to fix any more appliances because of power outages.

Service was above and beyond what we expected. While waiting for a tool to be delivered by a fellow employee, our technician cleaned all the gas emitters for our Thermador cooktop. He could have sat in his truck, but he took upon himself to give us extra service for no charge. We ordered an extra part to have as a backup which he delivered a week later. We were charged only for the part even though he personally delivered it to our home. That is professionalism and pride in providing excellent service! We highly recommend WInline Appliance Repair.

I made an online appointment at 11pm when my dishwasher stopped working and they set up the appointment for the next day. The service repairman, Sergei, was knowledgeable and patient. He could not recreate my problem after letting the machine run through a full cycle, but was persistent and helpful. He had some ideas about what the problem may be. We are waiting for the machine to malfunction again.

Subzero ice cube door was frozen open. Winline (Sr. Technician Taras) replaced the defective part, identified and replaced a defective refrigerator door switch (which activates the control panel) and I now have basically a new subzero refrigerator/freezer! Also bonus of very sparkling clean condenser/compressor and was provided the chance to clean all of the inner parts associated with ice and water dispensing.
