Our repair technician, Renat was very friendly and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our dryer, and he picked up the replacement parts on the same day for repair the next day. Again, the office was great with their scheduling communication, and we had an early appointment scheduled for the next day. My 18 year old Viking oven stopped working. Scheduling an appointment with Winline Appliance Repair online was easy. The company has good communication, you'll even get a text message when the repair person is on their way to your location. Renat was friendly and very professional. He assessed the problem and located and ordered the part for the oven. Unfortunately, because of all of the power outages in California, that control board wasn't the only part that needed replacing. Renat ordered all subsequent parts that might be needed and when he received those parts he replaced only the ones that were necessary. I appreciated that he ordered all the parts that could be blown at once so I wouldn't have to wait for more parts to arrive. I'll be getting a whole house surge protector next so I don't have to fix any more appliances because of power outages.

Service was above and beyond what we expected. While waiting for a tool to be delivered by a fellow employee, our technician cleaned all the gas emitters for our Thermador cooktop. He could have sat in his truck, but he took upon himself to give us extra service for no charge. We ordered an extra part to have as a backup which he delivered a week later. Winline has helped with a misbehaving Thermador Dishwasher (7 years old) and a Thermador range (also 7 years old). I made an online appointment at 11pm when my dishwasher stopped working and they set up the appointment for the next day. The service repairman, Sergei, was knowledgeable and patient. He could not recreate my problem after letting the machine run through a full cycle, but was persistent and helpful. He had some ideas about what the problem may be. We are waiting for the machine to malfunction again.
He also repaired a noisy Thermador range that a previous repairman from a different company had inadvertently damaged while working on a different issue. Sergei was able to see the problem was an unbalanced fan blade and bent it back into shape.
Their pricing is on the higher side, but it is not hourly. The visit cost is set and everything else is parts. I needed things fixed quickly and they were there, so that is worth a bit of a markup, to me.

I have added Winline Repair to my address book and will be using them to repair and maintain my kitchen and washroom appliances.

Subzero ice cube door was frozen open. Winline (Sr. Technician Taras) replaced the defective part, identified and replaced a defective refrigerator door switch (which activates the control panel) and I now have basically a new subzero refrigerator/freezer!
